This application is to be completed only by a student who
resides within the present confines and boundaries of School Districts #392 and
393 (Mullan and Wallace), and who intends to enroll as a full-time student at
any grade level at the UNIVERSITY OF IDAHO.
The completed application should be placed in a sealed envelope with the student’s grade transcript or a photocopy therof; and mailed to the above address or delivered to the H. F. Magnuson Office in the Scott Building at 413 Cedar Street in Wallace by March 15..
For a student that has attended the University of Idaho, mail this application and grade transcript or photocopy thereof to the above address to be received by March 15.
