Congratulations, high school graduating senior. The Mountain Valley Care and Rehabilitation Center Advisory Board is presenting a three hundred dollar scholarship so that we may help with some of the enrollment expenses that incur at a college or university. As an applicant, please answer all questions and follow the instructions at the end of the application. When you are finished, return to the school counselor by April 1, 2006. Applicant notification and presentation will take place during the annual awards ceremony in May.
